I wanted both gas & electric certificates for my property. The price is competitive and efficient service. Based on my request they even issued the certificate on the same day. Ellie in customer service is very helpful too.

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended for Landlord Certificates

We have been using Efficient Home Energy for around seven years now, and I can genuinely say that the service has been absolutely fantastic throughout.

Most recently, we spoke with Ellie over the phone to arrange our landlord certificates and she was brilliant. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made the whole booking process incredibly straightforward. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish.

We have used Efficient Home Energy for various landlord certificates, including EICRs and EPCs, as well as their bundle deals. The pricing is extremely competitive, particularly when booking multiple certificates together. As a landlord it makes life a lot easier!

We use the online booking system. It is simple, quick and convenient, which is particularly useful when you have several properties or certificates to organise.

A special thank you to Ellie for her help with our latest booking and to the whole Efficient Home Energy team for looking after us so well over the years. Highly recommended!
