It that time of the year to have a Gas Certificate (GSC) done, so as usual for me, I’ve reached out to Efficient Home Energy to have this done. I’ve booked a bundled GSC + EICR (as I thought that I was also due on the Electrical certificate as well). After proceeding with the booking, I got an email from Elle who informed me that my flat still had a valid EICR for another 2 years. After clarification she also proceeded to the refund (since I didn’t need the EICR). It’s this sort of honesty that makes me appreciate soo much businesses like Efficient Home Energy. The GSC certificate was also processed within 24h. The technician that came to the flat was also super professional and such a pleasant person to talk with. Amazing service! I used Efficient Home Energy to produce an EICR.
