If our Gas Safe registered engineer identifies a fault that poses an immediate risk, such as a carbon monoxide leak or a cracked heat exchanger, they are legally mandated under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 to label the unit as “Immediately Dangerous” or “At Risk” and isolate the gas supply. After the inspection we will prepare a quotation for the works needed and forward it to you as soon as possible.
Can you service a boiler if it is currently broken or won’t turn on?
