The engineer who attended, was very polite and did checked everything thoroughly, not at all rushed. He also suggested the change and explained me many things along with doing the checks. Based upon his suggestion I booked these guys to replace my consumer unit (fuse box) and few other stuffs, Syed came to do this job, he nailed it. He is very polite and very helpful person. He also helped me installing one of the light upon my request. I am so pleased with their services , William helped me getting all the final EIC and EICR certificates and also rectified the errors in the report with in no time.
